By accessing or using the TradieConnect AI service ("Service"), operated by TradieConnect AI Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
The Service provides AI-powered phone answering, message taking, appointment scheduling, and related communication services for tradespeople and trade businesses operating in Australia.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. By subscribing, you represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.
TradieConnect AI provides an AI receptionist that answers phone calls on behalf of your trade business. The Service includes:
The AI receptionist operates based on the information you provide during onboarding. You are responsible for keeping your business details, operating hours, and preferences up to date.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate corresponding to your selected plan.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
You retain ownership of your existing business phone number. The Service operates via call forwarding — you configure your phone to forward unanswered calls to the AI receptionist number we assign to your account.
You are responsible for setting up and maintaining call forwarding with your telecommunications provider. Standard call forwarding charges from your provider may apply.

The AI receptionist is designed to handle common trade enquiry scenarios but is not a substitute for human judgement. The AI may occasionally misinterpret caller requests, provide inaccurate scheduling, or fail to capture all details. We continuously improve the system but cannot guarantee error-free operation.
Emergency calls: The Service is not a substitute for emergency services. If a caller reports a genuine emergency (e.g., gas leak, flooding causing danger), the AI will attempt to advise them to call 000. You should not rely on the AI to handle life-threatening situations.
Calls handled by the AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed for the purpose of providing the Service (call summaries, message logs). Call data is stored securely and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that callers to your business number will interact with an AI system and that you are responsible for any applicable disclosure requirements under Australian telecommunications law.
All intellectual property in the Service, including the AI models, software, branding, and documentation, remains the property of TradieConnect AI Pty Ltd. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business during the subscription period.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, missed business opportunities, or damage to reputation arising from the use of the Service.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including telephony providers), and force majeure events may affect availability. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees after reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard and call data will be revoked. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
